We reached Bangkok Airport around 955am (Bangkok Time). Fyi, Bangkok is one hour behind us.
When travel with Dad, everything have to be Fast! Fast! Fast! and Fast! We didn't even have time to take photos in the airport. If you can see (down), Dad is way in front of us and he keep looking at us and give us that signal to move faster. I just don't know why sometime Dad can be so 'kiasu' and 'kan cheong'. Tho' it gets on our nerves at times, it is still fun cause we get to make fun and laugh at his kiasuness.
We checked into the hotel around noon time and wash up a little and down we go to explore the Siam City. It was not tour guided on our first day in Bangkok. So we have to explore on our own. We took SkyTrain (our Monorail in Malaysia) to CentralWorld. One of the biggest shopping mall in Bangkok.
On our way to CentralWorld, we saw people doing their prayer. Like in the middle of the city.
Parent admiring Bangkok!
The taxis in Bangkok are so colourful.
Then we went for lunch.
The menu is so attractive. Thailand people are very creative. They have "Noodle Girl" and "Noodle Boy". And the portion differ.
Every drinks comes with Orchids.
After lunch, Mama treat us Gellato.
Then everyone got tired, so we sat in the middle of the mall and take photos. Then everyone started to get on each other's tail and some got pissed and refuse to talk. So Mama said "Let just go back to the Hotel and take a rest". Everyone agree, so off we go back to the Hotel.
The very famous motor taxi of Thailand. "Tuk-Tuk".
After resting, we got up for dinner. It was then we met up with our tour guide, Mr Prai. First night, dinner was great but didn't manage to take any photos of the food caused everyone are so kebuluran. This is all because of the massive traffic jam. We stayed at the same spot for nearly 2 hours. Dad and Bro get to walked 300m to the nearest mall for toilet break (someone had a back stomache. haha) and back to our ride which take another 300m. That is how bad the traffic jam in Bangkok. We should be lucky Kuching is not that bad.
